Passport/ID card certified translation

We translate passport stamps for Canadian permanent residency and Canadian citizenship applications for $5/stamp and less (depends on the number of stamps). There is a minimum charge of $59 per translation order and language. Example: five stamps in Italian cost $59. Stamps in two languages cost a minimum of $59 per language.

How to order

You may place an online order by simply filling out the Free quote form or by emailing us the document to be translated.

You can ask your questions while filling out the form as well as by email or phone.

Most translations (with affidavits) are completed within 1-3 business days. Check our pricing and delivery please.

All translations can be mailed to any address in Canada at no cost. Our translations are paired with affidavits and accepted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and many Canadian official institutions.

We offer walk-in services in Calgary and Edmonton. Residents of other cities and towns of Alberta are welcome to order online and receive their translations via Canada Post within a few days.

Don't forget to notarize the copy

Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) specifically requires to have a copy of your original document to be certified (notarized) as a TRUE COPY by any local Notary Public. This copy is to be stapled to the certified translation.
